Life comes up sometimes and that's okay!
Out of respect for others who are trying to get on the schedule and giving me time to contact them, I ask for a 48hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
In the event you need to
cancel/reschedule within the 48hr window, there will be a cancellation fee that is 50% of the total service fee. Any cancellations within 24hrs will result in a cancellation fee that is 100% of the total service fee.
If you happen to be more than 20 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be canceled and you’ll be charged a no show fee that is 100% of the total service fee.
